  • How do I create an account?

    You can easily create your own B-Parts account by signing up here. Please make sure to enter all the requested personal data.

  • Why should I create an account?

    Before placing an order, you need to create an account. Without an account you are not able to submit your order. With your account you have access to B-Parts.com, where you can get a full overview of products, their prices and description, pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.

  • What kind of auto parts do we sell?

    All the auto parts we sell are used and genuine (OEM). You can see a complete list here.

  • How can I order parts?

    You can easily order parts at B-Parts.com by creating an account, searching for the part you need and, after finding the suitable part, clicking the button “add to cart”. Afterwards, go to your cart and follow the instructions to finalize your order. If you need any assistance, please contact us here.

  • Are my credit card details and personal information safe?

    B-Parts guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is encrypted with an SSL Certificate to ensure total security of any sensitive information. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

  • Where do we ship to?

    We ship worldwide. If you wish your part to be shipped to a non-EU country, you need to provide us with the ZIP code of the place of delivery so that we can quote you the shipping costs.

  • How long do I have to wait for my order?

    Delivery time depends on several things, such as shipping country, part location, etc. You can find shipping time on all our products. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please reach out to us here.

  • How much is the shipping cost?

    In most cases, while ordering a part on B-Parts.com, you can choose the country you want to ship the part to. Once you do that, the shipping cost for your order will be displayed on the website.

  • How can I track my order?

    After placing your order you will receive an e-mail from the shipping company with a tracking code and instructions on how to track your order.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    You can pay for your order, with Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express), PayPal or Bank Transfer.

  • Can I return my order?

    You can return your product in any situation, provided you send an e-mail to geral@b-parts.com within 14 days after receiving the product, expressing your interest in returning it. After you do this, we will inform you on how to proceed with the return. Keep in mind that the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. More information here.

  • Do the parts have warranties?

    B-Parts offers warranty on all parts. The warranty period is shown on the product's page. Every part sold by B-Parts includes warranty for a limited time: 3, 6 or 12 months. B-Parts ensures that all parts work properly. If your part is not working as expected, B-Parts will exchange it for an equivalent part, if available in stock at a similar price. If the part is unique, B-Part can propose a repair agreement or issue a full refund.

  • Which cases are excluded from warranty?

    Damages due to shipping which are not reported within 24 hours after delivery are not covered by the warranty. In addition, since the parts are used, any damages or defects in the paint are also excluded from the warranty.

  • What if I can't find the part I am looking for?

    You can make a part request. Give us a description of the part you are looking for and we'll do our best to find it for you. It's possible that we have the part in stock but pending approval. You can make your part request here.

  • How can I submit a complaint?

    Complaints concerning the product status must be submitted no later than 14 days after the delivery of the goods. The complaint has to be emailed to geral@b-parts.com, with pictures and description of the product's problem. After submitting the complaint we initiate an internal process to verify if the part is damaged or non-conforming to the description presented by B-Parts.

  • How long does it take to process a complaint?

    B-Parts will reply within 1 weekday. In case we're dealing with a Heavy Mechanical part (e.g. Complete Engine, Gearbox, etc.), B-Parts will send an expert to audit the problem, within 3 weekdays. The expert will send a report within 5 weekdays. B-Parts will then issue a final report within 10 weekdays of the beginning of the complaint.
