How to place the order?
The process for placing an order at B-Parts is quite simple! Just do the following:
- search for the part,
- add it to your cart,
- fill in the address, and proceed with secure payment.
Please note that if there's a payment failure with a credit card, for example, your data will not be saved! In this case, you'll need to re-register here: https://www.b-parts.com/signup and repeat the order procedure.
If you already have a B-Parts account, simply log in to your account via the link https://www.b-parts.com/login, place the item in your cart, and proceed with secure payment.

I forgot my account password. What should I do?
If you've forgotten your account password, don't worry! You can easily recover it and regain access to your account by following this link:
Do I need to have an account to order a part?
You don't have to create an account before placing your order. However, if there's any payment processing failure, your data won't be saved on the B-Parts website, even if you've already filled out the form.
That's why we recommend starting by registering here. Once all the forms are filled, just add the part to your cart and proceed to payment. This way, if there's any payment failure, you won't have to fill out the entire form again.
How can I cancel an order or make changes to it?
If you need to cancel your order or make changes and it hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us in writing through our contact form: http://www.b-parts.com/contacts
To help us process your request faster, please follow these simple steps:
Click on the button "I just paid and want to cancel."
Enter your order number.
Briefly state the reason you wish to cancel or change the order.
If your order has already been shipped, we regret that we cannot modify the shipping address. In these cases, our advice is to contact the carrier directly in your country to make the necessary arrangements for the part to reach the correct address.
Remember that any alteration or cancellation must always be communicated in writing through our contact form.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, simply log in to your B-Parts account. For each of your orders, you'll find the following status updates:
Awaiting confirmation
Awaiting collection
In transit
Completed
It's important to note that as soon as your order is collected from our warehouse by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier's name, so you can follow the shipment.
Are items included in the Cart automatically reserved?
No, adding a part to your cart does not guarantee its reservation or availability.
Some items are in high demand and might be sold before you complete the payment, even if they were available when you added them to your cart. If this happens, B-Parts will try to offer you an existing alternative from our stock!
