No, the prices shown on our website are final (excluding display errors) and are not negotiable.

Our prices are already optimized for the customer, considering that these are used original parts ready for reuse.

You can select from several payment methods:

CREDIT CARD

With Visa and MasterCard, the debit will be made in real time. The payment on the B-Parts website is secure and meets all current online payment rules. 

PAYPAL

To buy with PayPal, please select this payment method and click on “Confirm Payment”. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.

BANK TRANSFER

You can pay by bank transfer. Simply select "bank transfer" and, once the operation is complete, send us proof of payment. Your order will be dispatched once the payment has been successfully processed.



All your orders at B-Parts are charged in EUR (Euros). The only exception is for orders shipped to the United Kingdom, which will be charged in GBP (Great British Pounds).

Yes, it's possible to pay in installments for several items in B-Parts' stock.

To do this, simply select the KLARNA payment method. You will be securely and easily redirected to this platform, where you can buy today and pay later.

Note that this option is available for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Poland, Greece, and Portugal. This payment method only applies to items that have this option available.

No, we do not ship cash on delivery. Orders are only dispatched after full payment has been received.

When you place an order with B-Parts, the corresponding amount is automatically debited.

If you choose to pay with credit card, Klarna, or PayPal, the payment is accepted the moment your order is finalized on our website.

For payments via Bank Transfer, the amount is also automatically debited from your account. However, the time it takes for this operation to take concrete effect can vary from bank to bank.

What is a pricing error?

A pricing error occurs when a product's value is clearly incorrect, such as a high-value item (e.g., a €500 engine) being listed at a manifestly low price (e.g., €50).

If I buy a product with a pricing error, am I obligated to pay the wrong amount?

No. B-Parts is not obligated to sell a product at a price that is obviously an error. In such cases, your order may be cancelled, or we will contact you to inform you of the correct price.

Why don't you sell at the wrong price?

Selling a product at an incorrect price would be unfair to both B-Parts and other customers. Current legislation allows us to correct such errors, as a clearly incorrect price is not considered a valid offer.

Will I be notified if my order has a pricing error?

Yes, you will be notified as soon as possible, usually by email, to explain the situation.

What if I see a price that seems strange to me?

If you suspect a price is incorrect, please contact us via chat before making the purchase. This way, we can verify and clarify any situation that causes you doubt.

The shipping and delivery cost is already included in the final price of each listing on B-Parts.

However, in some specific situations, there might be an additional shipping cost. This can occur in the following cases:

  • Oversized parts: Items that are very large or have unusual shapes.

  • Cut parts: Materials that require custom cutting.

  • Incorrectly cataloged parts: Items that were not properly registered in our system.

If this is your case, our customer support team will contact you to provide all additional information and payment details. Should you decide not to bear the additional shipping costs, you will have the option to request a refund.

A. Will I have to pay import taxes or customs clearance fees for my order? Yes. If your order is shipped to a country outside the European Union, it will be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and customs clearance fees. These charges are levied by the authorities of your destination country.

B. Are these costs included in the product price or the shipping fees I paid? No, these costs are not included. The price you pay on our website covers only the product and shipping costs. All import taxes, customs duties, and customs clearance fees are additional charges and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

C. Who will charge me these taxes and fees? The fees will be charged by your country's customs authorities or by the carrier on their behalf, at the time of import of the order.

D. How can I find out the amount of these taxes and fees? We cannot calculate or predict the exact amount, as it varies greatly from country to country and depends on the type and value of the products. We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs or tax authorities for accurate information before placing your order.

E. What happens if I don't pay the required fees? If you refuse to pay the taxes and fees, the order may be held at customs or returned to the sender. In such cases, any return costs (and additional fees) will be deducted from any refund, or the refund may not be processed.

Yes, absolutely! All orders you place with B-Parts are always accompanied by an invoice.

As we are a company with environmental concerns, your invoice will be sent to you by email.

Furthermore, in your B-Parts account, you will always have access to your purchase history, as well as the corresponding invoices, for consultation at any time.

Some items on B-Parts may not yet have a price available.

If you've found a part without a price, the procedure is simple: just fill out the "Request a Quote" form with your email and contact information. As soon as the price is available, you'll receive an email with that information.

Typically, the response time is less than 24 hours on business days.
