Yes, you can always return an order within 14 days of its receipt, without needing to justify the reason.

For the return to be accepted, you must meet the following requirements:

  • It must be made within 14 calendar days from the order delivery date.

  • The request must be made in writing, via our chat. Select the "After-sales" option and fill out the form with the necessary information.

  • The order must be shipped within 14 calendar days after communicating your intention to return.

If, upon receiving your order, you find that the product is damaged, it's crucial to follow these steps so that we can activate the transport insurance and resolve the situation:

  • Record Damage Upon Delivery: When signing the delivery receipt document, if you notice any exterior damage to the packaging, it is mandatory to mark "accepted with damage" on that document. Only with this mention can the carrier be held responsible for damages caused to your order.

  • Detailed Photographic Record: It is also essential to have photographs that prove the damages. We need photos of:

    • The packaging, where damage to the packaging is clearly visible.

    • The shipping label.

    • The damaged part. Without these photographic proofs, it will not be possible to submit a transport damage claim.

  • Deadlines to Respect: According to our terms and conditions, damages caused by transport that are not reported within 24 hours of receiving the parts are excluded from the warranty. Additionally, if all photographic proofs of the damages are not provided within 7 days after the delivery date, it will not be possible to respond to this type of claim.

Attention: Writing "Subject to confirmation" on the document does not validate any transport damage. This mention only means that you will verify the quantities received.

It's crucial that, within 14 days of receiving your order, you take the necessary steps to assemble and test the part. This is the deadline for returns.

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, it's important to act quickly.

The return period is 14 days after receiving the order, so you should check the contents of your order within that timeframe.

It's important that you inform us of the situation so our Logistics team can resolve the problem in the shortest possible time.

If the part you received is not compatible with your car, it's crucial that you notify us quickly. You have 14 days after receiving the order to check its contents and report any issues.

To inform us of the situation, please contact us as soon as possible via our online chat. Select the option " Returns & faulty parts" and fill out a ticket with all the details. Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Here's how we proceed:

  • If the part is incorrectly cataloged on our website: We will collect the part and try to replace it with an equivalent and compatible one we have in stock, at the same price. If the part is unique or if you don't want an exchange, we will collect the part and process your refund, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

  • If the part is correctly cataloged, but the issue is reported within the buyer's 14-day "right of free resolution" (right of withdrawal): You can return the part, but you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.

For the return to be processed correctly, please follow these instructions:

  • We only accept returns of products where the warranty, seals, or tamper-proof marks have not been removed, nor products that have been tampered with.

  • Once the return is confirmed, our after-sales team will provide you with the address where the part should be sent. The item must be packaged in the best possible condition to prevent damage during transport, exactly as you received it.

  • Before sending the part back, take photos of the part and the packaging (inside and out). These images will allow us to quickly analyze any issues that arise after receiving the part and will help you claim compensation from the carrier you chose for the return shipment, should the part suffer damage.

  • Products must be returned in their original and complete state, including any accessories, packaged exactly as they were sent. If the part arrives damaged, with missing components or accessories, or if it is a different part, you may not be entitled to a refund. If you identify any missing component or accessory, or if you install any different component or accessory on a part you are returning, please inform our After-Sales team immediately so we can analyze the situation before shipment.

  • The return must clearly identify the sender/customer and the order number on the exterior of the package. We do not accept returns where the customer cannot be identified externally.

  • B-Parts does not provide pre-filled return forms.

  • If you have any doubts about a part you are returning, please contact our After-Sales team before sending the part back.

Return shipping costs for a part are always the responsibility of the customer.

After the return, B-Parts will refund the full invoice amount that was initially paid.

Once we receive the returned part and confirm it's in the same condition as when it was shipped, we will issue the Credit Note, which is the legal proof of discharge.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

The time it takes for the amount to be available in your account depends on the original payment method and your bank's policies. However, this process can take up to 120 hours (5 business days) after the refund is processed.

Your order refund will cover the value of the part and the shipping costs to your address.

If it is exceptionally agreed, and always with your explicit consent, that B-Parts handles the collection of the part, all costs inherent to the return of the order will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you need to exchange a product and wish to receive a different part, the process works as follows:

Standard Exchange

If you are required to return the original part to us, the new replacement part will only be dispatched after we receive and confirm the original part you are returning.

Fast Exchange

To expedite the process and receive the new part more quickly, you have the option to pay for the replacement part in advance. Once we receive and verify the returned original part, we will issue a separate refund for the original part.

For returns of items from countries outside the European Union, it is mandatory that you explicitly write "DEVOLUÇÃO" or "RETURN" on the transport document intended for customs.

If this information is not clear on the document, customs duties and VAT may be charged. We emphasize that B-Parts will not be responsible for these costs under any circumstances.

If the goods are not cleared through customs and, consequently, are returned to the point of origin, B-Parts cannot be held responsible.

The entire return process is the sole responsibility of the customer and the carrier chosen to make the return.

If, upon receiving the returned part, we find it's damaged, has missing components or accessories, or is a different part from the one originally sent, we'll inform you immediately.

In this situation, you won't be entitled to a refund. However, if you wish, you can request that the part be returned to you, with the shipping costs to your address being your responsibility.

It's important to note that if we don't receive a response from you within 30 days from the date we informed you about the non-acceptance of the return, we'll assume you're not interested in the part, and it may be destroyed.
