Is the indicated delivery date binding?
No, the delivery date you see on our website is not binding.
Once you receive your order's tracking number, you should contact the carrier (via their website, email, or phone) to check the delivery status and get more precise information.
How can I track the delivery of the order?
B-Parts has its stock distributed across different countries and works with various carriers.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the company that will make the delivery.
You can also consult this information in your B-Parts account. For more details on the delivery status, we advise you to contact the carrier directly, using your order's tracking number.
Can my order be delivered to another address?
At B-Parts, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, the delivery address is processed immediately.

It's important to know that changing the delivery address might incur supplementary charges.
Can the order be shipped in Urgent mode?
Our shipments are already scheduled to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite any order. It's important to note that some parts, for safety reasons, can only be transported by land. This condition may result in a longer delivery time or some delay compared to the estimated time you see on our website.
The destination country does not appear in the list, what to do?
If your country is not on our list of destinations, it means that, at the moment, we do not ship directly to that location. However, we can still try to find a solution for you!
